@ATT and their U-verse system. Over charged 70+ dollars on my account. CS I spoke to was helpful and set up refund, via prepaid cc. Now they can suck the money from my account. But can’t put it back in. That’s bad business. I find it harder to like AT&T

So disappointed in @ATT . They were charging me an extra $100-150 a month more than quoted and their fix was a lower data plan which we've used 20% all ready and have 24 days left. Not to mention our internet sucks. Thanks a lot

Don’t try and call @ATT with issues with your phone. They might have you on hold after being on the phone for over 80 minutes and transferring you to 8 different people and still not solving your issue. Pathetic Customer Service.

@AlBlades_Jr @ATT They're probably throttling your internet during peak hours. Call and ask to cancel your internet and hopefully they'll upgrade your service.
